• Platinum Sports Award

  We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the School Games Platinum Mark Award for the 2023-2024 > 2024-2025 academic year.

   

  The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward and recognise school’s engagement (provision and uptake) in the School Games against a national benchmark and to celebrate keeping young people active, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success

  

• RAILWAY SAFETY

  Due to recent incidents of trespass on the railway near our school, we urgently need you to speak to your children about safety on railways.

   

  Over 20 million students, parents and teachers from across the UK have already watched these videos which has led to a significant decrease in the number of fatalities and injuries in their area through watching the safety videos.

• A letter from Sir David Attenborough !

  Wow !!! Ava in Year 6 has received a letter from Sir David Attenborough. Ava watched a programme on TV that included filming of a Sloth, Ava had some unanswered questions about the Sloth so she wrote to Sir David and got a reply. Amazing and well done Ava !
