Inclusion

At Rushcroft, inclusion is about ensuring that every child can access learning, participate fully in school life and achieve well. Our approach considers the barriers pupils may experience, including SEND, disadvantage, attendance, communication and language, wellbeing, family circumstances and access to the wider life of the school.

Our Inclusion Strategy sets out the school's approach, the evidence that informs our priorities and how we are using the Inclusive Mainstream Fund to strengthen inclusive practice during 2026-27.
