It's very apt that today we have had a snow day as it fits very nicely with our topic learning for today. We are looking at the change in the seasons from autumn to winter!

What can your child tell you about winter? What types of weather do we have in winter? How can we keep warm in winter? What happens to animals in winter?

I would like you to look through the pictures below and discuss the signs of winter with them.

Then why not get outside and explore the snow?! Can they make a snow angel or a snowman? Can they see any frost? Remember to keep warm and have fun!
