Our achievements
Our achievements 2025-26
*We organised for every class to take part in the RSPB's Great British Garden Birdwatch, helping children learn more about the birds that visit our school grounds.*
*We made bird feeders during the winter months to support local wildlife and encourage more birds to visit our school.*
*We organised a whole-school litter pick to help keep our school grounds and local environment clean and tidy.*
*We carried out wildlife surveys to explore and record the variety of plants and animals living in our school grounds.*
*We planted a range of flowers and plants to increase biodiversity and create habitats for pollinators and other wildlife.*
*We grew a variety of organic vegetables, some of which were harvested and used by our school kitchen as part of our school lunches.*
*We reviewed our school's recycling systems and have begun working with staff to identify ways to reduce waste and improve recycling across the school.*
*We raised money by growing and selling sunflowers at the school's Spring Fair. The funds will be used to purchase a wildlife camera so we can observe and learn more about the animals that visit our school grounds.*
