Rushcroft Reading Challenge!
The aim is to tick off or shade in as many of these boxes as possible. There will be rewards for children who take part in this challenge.
If possible, I would also like children to take ‘shelfies’. This is where your child will have pictures taken of them in front of their books and/or reading their books in these different places. This provides evidence that the challenge has been completed. If you do this, please print the pictures off and send them to school with your child or send the photos to the email address below.
The aim of this challenge is to boost our love of reading and to demonstrate we can read in lots of different and creative ways. There will be a raffle prize draw for all the children who take part.
The challenge will start on Wednesday 6th June and end on Wednesday 20th June. Please ensure you have sent in your challenge cards and photos by Wednesday 20th June so you can be entered into the raffle.
If you have any issues with printing out the challenge card, please let school know.
