The children visited the Gallery Oldham, they sketched each other using their left and right hands and closing their eyes. Next, they looked around the Gallery for patterns. Finally, the children designed and printed their own pattern using rollers and printing ink. See all the photos below.
We've had another productive week in Year 4. The children have been writing recounts about their trip to Martin Mere and their work is beginning to sound much more mature with plenty of subordinate clauses and those all-important commas. A massive well done to Ruby who is the first member of the class to hit the crossbar in our crossbar challenge golf game. It's now worth 20 stickers!!
