Our rehearsals have started and although there has been a minor reshuffle, most of the actors seem happy with their parts. We're on the lookout for props, in particular cardboard boxes, a big tub or barrel, hobby horses, shields, swords and a crib.
Actors should know all their lines by the first day back (Monday 6th June).
Attached is the information for Lightwater Valley on Wednesday 8th June for anyone who has misplaced their letter.
In year 4 this week we have been looking at equivalent fractions and matching them. We have now moved onto adding fractions, some of us are even using mixed numbers and different denominators. In English, we have been improving card game instructions and have also written instructions for making a cup of tea. In Science we have been looking in our mouths at our teeth, finding out why our teeth are shaped differently and what each one is for. After this, we used mirrors to look in our mouths and created plasticine models of them!
