The children have been enjoying designing, making and painting Egyptian beads. They had a maths lesson outside, measuring the perimeter of parts of the playground. In English, the children wrote an explanation of our Science investigation with cress seeds. In computing, the children have successfully created spelling games in the Tiny Tap app.
We've had such a good week in Year 4: we've used paints to help understand symmetry in maths; we've finally finished our pottery pieces; we've written up our trip recounts; and we've had our auditions for Rushcroft's Got Talent. A big well done to Lily and Jacob who got through to the final and commiserations to those brave performers who didn't quite make it. We should also say well done to Ifsah for being the only child in the school to get a platinum badge. You deserve it!
