Year 3 and 4 enjoyed a game of pétanque using our knowledge of colours in French. We also practised a French café scene and a short play -Cinderella in French, with a little help from Madame Marland. Some children completed German passports and many children produced games using Tiny Tap on the IPads in Spanish, French and German. Twister was a popular game using our foreign language colour knowledge. Old favourites bingo, pairs and splat were enjoyed by all including Madame Queenan, Madame Marland and me. Some children chose to do some maths using their number knowledge in another language. Easter baskets and cards were also made. After Easter languages club will be open to years 5 and 6 again.
